Judith Cobb has been studying natural health since her teen years. Her first interests were in nutrition (she baked whole wheat bread by hand as a teenager) and natural childbirth (she wanted to be an obstetrician to do homebirths). However, she wanted to have a large family, too, and she couldn't see how she could pursue medicine and raise a family.  

Instead, she studied education. Just one year shy of graduating, she met the love of her life, Howard. He introduced her to Nature's Sunshine Products, herbology, and natural health. From there, Judith's appetite for natural health information became insatiable, constantly taking classes, reading books, and experimenting with different approaches to natural health.

Judith and Howard were married about a a year after meeting, and started their family pretty quickly. Again, desiring to do things naturally, Judith birthed their first child naturally in the first birthing room in Calgary.

Soon thereafterJudith had the opportunity to work with a local herbalist. The eight months Judith spent there were very instructive and provided a solid enough foundation that when baby number two was on the way, Judith, with the blessings of her employer, started her own practice at home and thus Cobblestone Health was born. Babies continued to be added (until they had seven), being 'taken to work' with Judith until they were weaned (always after 15 months, and some not until 2 1/2 years), and Judith continued to study and grow as a practitioner with special interests in women, children, and pregnancy.

Judith has developed a reputation for her work with high-risk pregnancy, fertility issues, and prenatal care. Her more recent interests include sport nutrition and sport enhancement without using stimulants.The focus of Judith's work has always been total wellness. She enjoys doing research to meet the needs of her clients and teaches many private and public health workshops.

Another recent interest is business success. Judith enjoys mentoring and developing new practitioners and network marketers. She has recently added the Ziva360 bio-energy scanning and the Turn Back Time Arterial Stiffness test to her wellness assessment toolkit.

Judith has confidently used Nature's Sunshine Products since 1979. Along the way she has tried a few other product lines in her clinic, but has never found the consistent quality and support that Nature's Sunshine Products offers.

Judith and Howard now have two beautiful daughters-in-law, and four darling grandsons, in addition to their own seven children.
