1 c butter
1/2 c honey
1 tsp molasses
3 c slow cooking oats
1 c + 2 tbsp whole wheat flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
1 c toasted coconut
Cream butter, honey, molasses and vanilla. Mix dry ingredients and stir into creamed mixture. Drop onto a lightly butttered cookie sheet and bake at 350F for 10 - 12 minutes. (Note - no eggs in this recipe)
