Yummy (Uncooked) Protein Snack

  I frequently suggest to my clients that they should experiment with healthy ingredients to come up with new food ideas usually because they need something tastey for variety. This is a recent discovery by one of my people!

1 cup smooth almond butter

½ cup oatmeal1/3 cup chopped almonds

½ cup raisins

1/3 cup unsweetened medium coconut

½ cup mini chocolate chips

Extra coconut to roll logs in

Mix first six ingredients together. Form into logs. On waxed paper, roll logs in extra coconut. Refrigerate til firm. Cut into bite sized pieces. Store in a tin in the freezer.
