Rice Pie Crust

Rice Pie Crust
3/4 c rice flour (we use brown rice flour)
1/2 tsp salt
3 tbsp vegetable oil
1/4 c cold water
In a small bowl combine flour and salt. Add oil and water. Mix thoroughly and shape into a ball. Place in the middle of an 8" pie plate. Gently flatten the dough and press it up the sides of the pan. Bake for 15 - 20 minutes at 350F or fill and bake as directed for filling.
