Sugar Scrub

General instructions

¼ cup white table sugar

¼ c massage oil or grapeseed oil

6 - 10 drops of lemon or lavender essential oil

Natria Moisture Full Body Wash

Natria Irish Moss Hand and Body Lotion

Combine sugar, carrier oil, and essential oils. Package in glass jar with a tight-fitting lid.

Apply ½ tsp Natria Moisture Full Body Wash to hands. Rub 1-2 tsp of sugar combination all over hands (or feet or knees) for a minute. Work well.  Rinse.  Follow with Natria Irish Moss Hand and Body Lotion.
