There is much controversy about caffeine of late. Some research is saying it’s good for you. Studies with athletes are showing it enhances endurance. While these may be true, we need to stop dissecting it to look for the little bits of good and look at it as a whole to see the picture clearly. I think you may see that when all the details are examined the tiny bit of good that caffeine offers is not worth the trade-off. Read on!
