Judith is an avid runner and triathlete. Her favorite distances are half-marathon and Olympic triathlon. Over the past few years she has become an age-group placer.

Nutrition is so very important for athletes of all ages that this entire articles section is dedicated to athletes of all ages and levels from young children to seniors (or masters as well call them in the sport world), from beginners to age group placers to elite in all sports.

Judith loves to teach sport nutrition and wellness, and finds great satisfaction in introducing people to the world of running having coached many beginners to success running experiences.
